General Information REGISTRATION For your convenience, there are two registration locations: Walter E. Washington Convention Center, East and West Salons (Street Level) This location includes Express Registration, Assisted Registration, Membership Desks, Information Desks, and ADA Accessible counters. Express Registration is designed for attendees who are ready to pick up their badges. Assisted Registration provides on-site support for attendees who want to make changes to their registration. Industry Sponsored Evening Symposia will be held at the Conrad Washington, DC, Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington, DC Convention Center, Grand Hyatt Washington, Renaissance Washington Downtown, and Washington Marriott at Metro Center. EXHIBITS Exhibits are in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Halls A-B (Lower Level). Badges must always be worn for admittance to the Exhibit Hall. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall. ATS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OFFICE The ATS International Conference Office is in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Room 158A (Street Level). SPEAKER READY ROOM All speakers are required to check in at the Speaker Ready Room at least four hours before their presentation. Speakers can view, edit, and upload presentations. This area is restricted to speakers only; conference name badges must be worn for admittance. For your convenience, ATS offers two speaker ready room locations: Walter E.
